I still think about this game today in 2025. I played a lot from 1995 to 2002. Many hours chatting with a few players from all over the world, playing sometimes for 12 or more hours straight. I even played one time for 24 hours, and I actually got physically ill from dehydration but had the most fun time. It was so fun to play with other people and join a faction and clan and work your way up the ladder to play any ship...and then there was the planet building....oh the hours and upgrades and time spent building those planet defenses and power and such...then playing a lot as K'Luth...lying in wait...cloaked...fir ICC or UTGO to come in to take a planet...move in very slowly while they were pinging like crazy scanning for us...oh what fun...I ended up joining a ICC clan cuz those ships were the most flexible in speed and size for my liking..but what a fun game....IF I ever won the lottery, I'd seek out Faustus in Texas and get everything I could, hire some young tech-heads, and bring the game back from the dead !!!

Trust me, if there was a way to bring this game fully back to life I'd do it in a heartbeat.
I've played a lot of different games, some MMO's, and I have yet to find another gaming community that has been as close knit and like a second family as this one. And now that things are settling down for me a little more, I am planning on spending some more time on here, so hopefully I'll at least catch some of you in the lobby!

So I just saw in my antivirus software that the password for this game was leaked and I investigated. I'm going to give it a try again. I haven't played it in decades hahaha.
