ok i kno this isnt apart of the topic but do the rare uniques still exist if so where can i find them. such as rogens and such.

I personally have the rogen's armor overhaul and i use it because it has the 3% damage reduction thus increasing the amount of time i can spend in heavy combat. i use the icc heavy cruiser to push enemy dreads and cruisers off my allies when in a large group and to survive the counter attack i rightly deserve the damage reduction saves me from becoming dread food. With the proposed changes the rogen's armor overhaul is an advanced def enhancement with a speed reduction.
As i have seen instead of moving the percentage over to defense perhaps something along the lines of an increased repair rate or perhaps instead of an equivalent change 3% for 3% say 5 to 6% increase for the lost damage reduction thus the ship is still tougher and justifies the speed and thrust lost in exchange for the increased health without the damage reduction.

i got a unique from rogens twice but gave em away to someone who would be more happy with them. Maybe rogens is good place now not sure
All rare enhacement drops seem to be confined to rare moments in time and space, hard to tell where they all drop now nicon
