Okay, so my thing wont work, all it does is load and then it freezes i ts sooo annoying so if anyone can help me i would appreciate it

Have you tried connecting to Scenario first before the Metaverse?
What graphics card do you have?

I tried doing scenerio first and it had the same outcome. I don't know what graphic car i have. I have also already reinstalled the client already as well.

Launch setup and disable shaders and shadows.

If you disable shaders, shadows are automatically disabled.. FYI
