The models look very good, the only thing I would offer would be to fix the stretching of the Textures...

The way some of the textures are being stretched makes it look blury and fuzy. You can make new textures, part of importing a new ship into the game also brings in the textures... We then have to go back and map them to ones already in the game (reuse the textures to save space) or create the ports for any new textures.

Actually I don't really know how u guys texture the models. I've taken apart yr UGTO dread and realized that it was made in layers or pieces.

If I give u the raw model, will u be able to texture them yourselves?

I forgot. During my last drive crash, I lost a number of the completed models. I'll have to go back again to see which of them are still around.

+1 blessed son of a deity, kenny i'd be scared to fight ANY of those ugto designs. i sure hope that you still have then and that Tael or one of the others on the dev staff can make those and the Icc designs fit into the game. good job.

I agree, those ships do look menacing, but luckily im UGTO (still got ICC and K'LUTH ships to worry about).

yeah i had some really good models that were lost in a harddrive crash a few years back. ticked me off so much that I didnt work on anything till 18 months later...

I've been toying with firing up 3ds max again but I have been swamped in my real job...

Thanks Shig. Lemme check my drive to see what I need.

Anyway those models I sent to u had one major flaw. I realized that I made them in pieces and forgot to attach all the pieces together before I sent them
out.


@Tael. That's a real nice model. It sorta looks like a supersonic airliner but it's nice.


BTW, if you have time, I need to ask you a few questions regarding building those models.
