okwhen i try to install my video card software it wont let me install it ?? and when i try to install thew upgrade i cant install that either ??????

What OS are you using ?
What Video card is this ?
Have you downloaded new drivers ?
Do you need to turn antivirus off to install drivers ?

Hey...check the manual that came with it(there should be one in the box it came in) and there should be a help line that'll connect u to some people that know exactly whats wrong.

Rebel if you can not extract the file then you do not have the right utillity installed to let your comp read it. Grab a copy of winrar it's better than winzip and cover's more file type's.
