We looking and debating the Elite issues.
K'Luth will lose the dictor and we looking at the damage output of Kaz.
ICC will likely get some extra cruiser in exchange of the destroyer, but not a dread since it isn't a dread faction.
UGTO ? no clue if we are going to touch them.
