Stop reacting so childishly to it, jeez. They also upgraded damage per volley, so it'll just be that more Frigates together are more dangerous because their combined firepower hurts more than right now - they just take longer to do it again.
I was told this game is meant to be balanced around smaller ships - I have no doubt that the developers will do their best to return the game to Cruisers as it is meant to be. Yes, Stations aggravate me as well, but a missile Frigate is NOT the answer.
You act as if Destroyers and Cruisers aren't scheduled to get new missiles, and as if those missiles will mirror AR/IT performances.

If only people realized...
The current design concept for missiles on each tier should limit them to a maximum of about 6 per ship. Compare this to a missile dreadnoughts current loadout, then start worrying about just how powerful each missile is going to be to envision this concept. We'll a single frigate can't kill a station, get ingame and see how many FM are firing on the station, its not a single ship, is a pack.

If sparrows are this powerful...I'm worried about the tier 2 phoenix damage missile and tier 3 harpex super damage missile...*shudder*.
Missile cruisers will benefit the most, because they are capable of sending enough 3.2kgu phoenix missiles to cripple assault grade dreadnoughts. The Missile dread will be invincible with 10+ phoenix and 5(?) harpex missiles.
Heck, I'm all for giving the superdamage missile to the ganglia, it deserves it. Even if the missile isn't dual salvo type like the shredder and shock missiles.

Thing is... missile cruisers are dreads are supposed to be powerful. Or... their weapons are.
They are powerful from afar, but once you close in on them with a gun biased ship, they're usually in trouble.
It's all balanced. It's all good.

the only reason why icc shields don't help them much is icc tends to try to hug ugto which in its self is not advisable unless you can stay behind them:
tip ugto weapons are half energy meaning the particle and emp cannon lose damage over range.
so if you want to try to get close to a ugto to use those beams forget it that particle is going to chew your shields and spit it back out.
even at distances most ugto players never replace there emp cannon and people just assume that blue thing is white XD oh might help if you got your eyes fixed XD.
anyway all you really need to do is fix the sparrow missle arc thats it if the arc is fixed it can be shot down problem solved.
it means you don't have to moderfie the values you don't need to reduce the amounts you don't need to remove it you just need the arc fixed
once thats done if they still complain then they are really stupid because they clearly can't pd for there life.

So they're now shorter range, slower firing, use more energy, and do more damage? Not sure what arm delay means though. Doesn't sound like an entirely bad change though, I'll have to hop in beta and see for myself.

Sure, put them on DNs so the MD can do even more damage due to weapon leveling. Actually I support this idea for the simple sake of irony.

The ballistic arc is one of the things that makes them useful on the smaller ships, the only "fix" that's really needed as far as that goes is have them also fire in a ballistic arc from the Harrier Frigate.

Exactly, but try telling that to the majority of UGTO players. ICC and Kluth seem to have no problems dealing with Missile/Harrier Frigates.
