Removing the AI would likely make the game emptier and ironically make it much easier for planets to be captured.
In addition, AI doesn't return anything to Status Quo. That would require a full reset of Hydra do to so. At best, all they do is make the world more open.

allright onwards to next observation: AI fights based on class, not based on weaponry.
What i mean by that is that fighter dreads or bomber dreads pretend they are close range assault dreads. They actually think they perform better as a missle/fighter dread by jumping close range towards me, and also any captured dread i take does the same to the enemy.
This brings me to my next improvement for AI: next to the problem of them trying to jump servers then dissapear forever, they also have a problem of getting stuck near planets or gas giants. Whilst moving they can be wihin 5 gu of killing themselves then turn back just in time, but i see at least 2 dreads per server (i mean the 3 system localised server instances) being stuck and not able to move because it is to close to an object. So appearently it does a check whils mving to save itself by moving awayfrom the collision, but whilst being to close to the collision it gets stuck checking on itself if it can move anywhere. My suggested solution would be to keep moving as a top priority over not dying.

there is a next sentence that says: edit: ok so i noticed after coming back this is mostly fixed. If you give ai orders they say no ships around.
the edit was done the next day. the problem I remembered was AI trannies and bombers set to divide the server in a certain parameter. But its solved, only MI is still set the same. try to read the full post I know its a lot of words [ This Message was edited by: grossenschwanz on 2023-10-26 21:41 ]
