bring you own dictor, and the enemy dictor cant jump in the group
(cause he get dictored so he cant dictor the friendly players who brought their own dictor for eXtreme dictoring)

As has been said, interdictors actually can be used to great impact on K'luth forces. One attack run phase could consist of either running and cloaking, or jumping out of the battle, getting healed and coming back in. I do this all the time when I am severly damaged (30% hull) so that I can still be useful, then I run when my hull drops to 5% or my energy dies. Interdictors remove this strategy, as well as pinning down helpless K'luth dreads to enemy fleets (assuming they are larger) while helping to mitigate a counter attack against the 'dictoring fleet by preventing point jumps by dreads.
