Firstly I Appreciate all the hard Work you guyz are doing with the uniserver.
This is more a Ramble From a Worried Active Player , So if ignored fine , But if a Dev Member Actually Sees my p.o.v & Can Shed some Light on my concerns Then Thanx 
I Am Becoming increasingly Worried about the Forethought put into "Nerfing" Kluth & Other "Balance" Issues.. a few examples:
*Note:- These are my Questions if you find others in this post you can answer , Cool , Basically im Very tired atm , & Juz felt the Need to Post my Concerns .*
1 , Are Kluth Losing Human tech but humans arent losing AMtech ?
2 , Whats planned fpr Player numbers , Actual Factions Playing Balancing While keeping Game 24hr active hmm hard to explain or i cant think of right words ?
Let me Emphazise....
I am An Active Player , One who Spends Many Hours In MV , Mostly MV only (release) , I do not Care for Scenarios . I Love this Game (Which Is Why i Spend Hours on end In the MV nearly everyday) & i am Very Worried that This game/version sp? Will cease to exist When the so called patch is released ..
My Biggest Issue With this game is Lag . Yes the Flux hurts & Pulse Wielding ships can cap easy but Our Dessie have sharp teeth to bite back.
If you have a good look at player numbers & many comments from human players about being outnumbered (in forums) Youll find That for the most part , Kluth Overbalance is Merely Player Numbers . Okay so maybe our cl2k are a lil powerful , but heck it makes up for our armour doesnt it ? 
Basically You Guyz are the Experts & iz Your Game , I am Juz the poor sap Addicted to this version of it 
What im getting to i spose is What Is Planned for Player/faction Based numbers ?
Will the Game Be Dead untill a Huge Player base Comes online at a certain time of day ?? as in you wont be able to play unless you have a heap of your faction online (questioning $18monthly)
Regarding this Id like to make a point Honestly about why i have always played Kluth ,unfortunatly i may offend some people , however i hope those that arent included in what im about to say dont take offence.
Why i (&Many others) Play only Kluth...
There is Teamwork (ie : if a certain ship is needed it is taken out & modded in most cases not Juz what certain player Feels like doing) & Friendship (the majorityof my DS Friends are Kluth) , Im not saying that there isint these on icc or ugto But I do see alot more Younger , Freelance type players On icc & ugto , There fleets are rarely complete unless led by a vet *cough*Dictor*Cough* & there is Much More Bickering & Complaining instead of doing something about it , . Note When Most icc/ugto lose a ship or two they log & either complain in lobby/forum or Go take it out on FA server ,. Whereas Most Kluth i Know will Go through a Ful garage , Sometimes 2 Before they "take a break"
When icc or Ugto Have a Complete Fleet Invading , They are Instoppable , Unless Kluth suddenly get a Surge of Players online To Form a Defence Force *see recent Battle of Eps Eri*
Yes ecm /eccm Bases have been a problem , However im told this is fixxed .
I have Been Through Many Battles & Died Many Times , My Kill Rate is 1kill to 2 deaths, If we are "Nerfed more" I can only imagine how poor that stat will become. Perhaps im juz a NooB Pilot?..
Anywayz Im Tired & have juz gone through Recent Forums When i Felt i needed to Share my Player Viewpoints with the DEV team .I just hope I have explained what i feel Appropriatly as im not thinking to straight atm :
On a side note , Juz Wondering if yaz take into account Actual Player time From Player suggestions ?

AM Tech does not exactly make us as powerful as K'luth. We are using it right now yet you still win. Why are you complaining? Just for complaints sake?
The simple fact that we still get to use AME Drives and AM Jump Drives will not make us the "new K'luth," for lack of a better term. Show us that you can fight the way your supposed to, with the weapons your supposed to have.
And one more thing. K'luth are not losing human tech. You are losing CL2000's. Nothing else. You still keep torpedoes, you still keep armor, you keep everything else.

I'm just making the comment that I will not comment anymore about any balance issues until the new version comes out as the game will change dramatically. I suggest all others do the same and not turn this into another stupid debate/flame thread. There are a thousand others already.

I along with serveral other players feel that this attitude towards kluth is misguided but due to the many flames on posts to the above i will not get into that. I storngley feel that if kluth gets nerfed the way i am hearing i may just QUIT im getting sick of the banter in the first place. Everyday i here players begging for changes to the game. IF YOU DONT LIKE THE GAME LEAVE. It's not our game to change. This constant player bickering is driving off alot of the people i like to fly with anyhow. It repulses me to think that the player base is a bunch of infantile children whom have nothing better to do than gripe and complain to that i say GROW UP!

From what I hear, & I very well could be wrong, but I think the Kluth are losing ALL human tech, & the humans are losing all Kluth tech. I hear the plan is to "reverse engineer" it later on. But, like I said, I could be wrong.

As one of the few games out there, PaleStar listens to its players.
If players feel something is wrong they complain.
If you cant stand people complaining about stuff they like then why don’t you leave?
People feel K'luth are overpowered, if its either by their ships or their amount of players doesn’t matter.
People have a right to complain about it.
If you want to complain about people complaining about unbalances then that’s your right. Of course doing it in a more mature way would help if you want to people to take you serious since your posts obviously shows your opinion is quite useless.
And I doubt the bickering will drive many people away, unbalances and fighting unfair odds 24/7 for one

Its you my friend. I think that the last part of your post shows who you are and where your score on the Sadness meter is. Somewhere around 52….on a scale from 1 to 10.

There goes the usual Kluth "ICC and UGTO are a bunch of whiners" argument.
Please, The attitude/arrogance of the Kluth playerbase is one of the main reasons why im leaving. I try to play the game yet I dont even do anything and I Get harrassed BY K'luth players. I introduced a friend of mine to this game and he simply agreed right there that DS isnt a very enjoyable place to play.

I wouldnt listen to the random chatter. Kluth, ICC, and UGTO will receive the necessary tweaks to make the game more balanced. Do you not know that flux/pulse shield boats are going away? Do you not know that you will no longer be able to use another faction's tech, PERIOD? Dreads are getting stronger, this DOES mean that ICC/UGTO Dreads will be more formidable, but it will also mean Your dreads will be better as well.

In the face of an imbalance (real or perceived), people naturally both complain and seek a way to change this imbalance - which in the case of this game also takes the form of complaining, because the Developers try to listen to the players and shape the game into something they would better enjoy.
And the solution is not to Leave, its to develop better tactics, work with a strategy, find partners, suggest specific changes to rectify wrongs you see, and have patience for said changes to be implemented.

I was hoping that This Thread Could stay Kinda Cool , However it has been quickly turned into another Flame Thread By the Abusive immature Kiddies who tell ppl to grow up yet NEED a 3yr stint in tranquility bay . The child below proves case in point as the only time they post is to put som1 down , disrespect them , spread lies or basically add to a flamewar!.

I played this game for over a solid year, playing around a few hours a day. I consider myself still a fan of this game and wish it nothing but the best. I lurk on these forums daily with the hope that someday soon the problems that sent me and so many of my brethren away from Darkspace will be solved.
To say that kluth are not imbalanced is just ignorance. There is a reason why a lot of long-time vets, supporters of this game through many good and many very bad times, have finally moved on these past months. People with a very long history in this game could just "feel" all the imbalance problems and couldn't take the futility of it all.
We all know that the staff is hard at working fixing these problems. I await anxiously for these problems to finally, after such a long and painful wait, be fixed. To sit there and say the problems are small or inconsequential is plain ignorance, inexperience, or idiocy. Having played as every faction through countless versions of this game, it is beyond a shadow of a doubt that the kluth have a blatant balance advantage and people are leaving because of it.
I am waiting, in the wings, for these problems to finally be addressed. My deep love for this game has not faded, but my own personal patience just couldn't handle the one-way fight playing Darkspace turned into. Hopefully when the game is finally balanced in a more practical way, you will understand what it means to play against real competition, in a balanced world without your advantages, and your true skill, abilities, and deficiencies will be exposed.
I do not mean this as the flame it is coming off as. I guess, in a longer way, I'm trying to show absolute agreement with Red. Lots of people who truly love this game have left over the balance problems. Many of them will come back when the game actually plays correctly. To say anything different is just ignorance. If you are going to actually try and support your position that all the countless vets that have left this game, who played this game for countless hours, where all wrong, stupid, and ignorant...well, I think you will find very few people will give the basis of that argument any credibility. I also think you will find almost no one will believe any comments surrounding a position based upon such superfluous fluff.
The masses have spoken and you, my friend, are wrong. Don't go insult all us long-loving Darkspace fans just because you miss the truth. Try to open your eyes and see what all the evidence in this community really adds up to...maybe then you'll understand and be open to where the game truly needs to go.
Sorry for breaking my lurking again, but I just couldn't let him go without a response. I will continue to lurk with the prayer that one day I can call Darkspace my home again.

I am, but i want F to do a good job
Thats why i rarely play much anymore, its becuase of all teh poblems taht are present in the game that people face everyday,
and like you seeing posts everyday makes you mad, seeing ecm forts flux ship and over powered crusiers makes other people mad, and they post about it, wanting to know why things havent been fixed, and such
i think we need an open mic day so everyone can vent there anger and things and then so we can get on with the game, this is a game right?

I know that K’luth don’t want to blame their won faction but if you Read then you would see Neo*The*Wicked started this here flame war.
If he would have acted a bit more mature or just got lost on the way here then this topic could have continued on a normal way.
