No valid combat tactic is limited. read the rules and not other people's out-dated statements.
also, using all three factions is good. it allows each fleet to shine in their own faction and still a fighting chance in the other factions. it works well.

bumping up again so fleets will remember to register before the deadline.
VCA has already decided on 7-8 members to be in the tournament. We will choose 5 for each battle based on availability of those 7-8.
I know for a fact that there are at least 3 more fleets in with an active enough and subscribed playerbase to register. =TB=, !KES!, FS. Get on the wagon and play! its gonna be fun. This is where you show your power. This is where the next GTN will be made!

if FS is in this im out because i refuse to do the following
1. No modding: why? because it makes this game unique and i will be damned if i cant mod MY SHIP the way i want it until 484 so until 484 stuff it!
2. YOU do not pay for our Subscriptions so telling us how to play in a fleet wars server is basically telling us what to do
3. no upgrading weapons, and Core weapons: why? because for unupgraded Shields and Armor it pulverises them
4. No Upgrading of Engines: thats just Rediculous Upgrade everything that has to do with power.
and finally: 5. You Do NOT Pay For my Subscription and i will do what i damn well please

..... ok. GT? I need a moment of your time. *SLAP!* What the heck crawled up your crack?! No one forces you to play in the Tournament! No one called you out! It was a 'game' i invented to spice things up. Games need standardized rules and its just easier to get people to the battle if there isnt a butt load of modding beforehand. Also, with stock ships, hull damage does not mean you are cut down to 5 seconds of life to live. NO! I dont pay for your sub, and so I cannot force you to play. But No one was forcing you to play. You could have just sat there and and thought "this isnt for me" and let is be at that. What is this crap, you unbalanced lune?!
If You ever inform me again that I DONT pay your subscription, i WILL pay your sub for a month, and during that month you WILL do EVERYTHING i ask in this game. Use the vessels I tell you, play the way I tell you, and die the way I tell you. Now take your attitude and walk!

AS OF NOW, 8:45PM Eastern US time, March 10th 2007, Registration for the Tournament has CLOSED. All competing fleets have registered. Good luck to you all. Let the Fleet Duels Begins.
We now enter Round 1, ICC Vessels. Each Fleet must compete in a 5v5 stock duel in the DarkSpen server with 2 impartial judges and accurate records of all information would could be important to Awards and victory.
Post fleet names and result data in replies to this thread. I will keep track of all the information personally to keep track of standings.
