icc isnt best faction for a single player to kill an enemy. when alone, go the way of the annoyer by using ur loads of ecm slots.

You mean the same ECM that was nerfed to 50% effectiveness so you need to have at least 2 ships in a close group to use it, 3 if you want to be able to move or fire, and 4 if you want to actually be able to move and fire at the same time?

So true. In small ships, ECM is just another energy drain.

The single greatest problem with icc, is lack of players. It lacks players because of bad rap it gets from players who try to play them and fail.

I agree with u, we might not have the best fire power or armor, but we should have more tactical options, with more power supply, and make ower dreads more good looking, to make the faction more appealing to new and old players.
My recomendation is 1 more aux gen, the automatic shield with posibility of manual managment, and increase ower range and pd abilities!
PD: i have played all faction i see that al of the have there ups and downs but i think icc has to many downs.
