The members of the BSS have been ordered not to attack ICC ships except in self-defense and ICC planets are off-limits. Not every member likes it but we will all act with honor and integrity as is our standard.

While VA will neither defend nor cooperate with UGTO, we will focus our assaults on Kluth.
However, any UGTO firing on us will be dealt with without hesitation.
