Firstly we do not acknowledge the fact that there is an alliance !!!, all we have here is a non aggression pact between the ugto and icc thus enabling the icc to use there superior numbers to swamp known space, if this was an alliance then i find it hard to believe the ugto would give up claims to systems such as luyten and delta pav..
This so called treaty that has been brokered is nothing more than a passive way for the icc to colonise human space under the guise of (we come in peace), ironically in agreeing to this the ugto have secured thier demise, in showing this weakness and dependancy on there human cousins they have proven that the time of thier empire is at an end.
As has always been the case the kluth will fight mercilessly in every quarter, and no great gain will be held by you for long and all will come at the highest possible price.
I applaud the icc high council, they have done to the ugto without firing a single shot what we have been trying all along since arriving back to claim OUR space, in all honesty the job of the kluth has been made easier, as now the ugto are (volenteraly) being overrun, we can easily prioratise our targets.
Only time will tell from this point on...

what are the terms of this treaty and who thought it up????????.....how can we abide by something we know nothing about???????...waiting for orders from:
