yeah, and larves too (uncloak when fireing), if thats not what you ment, and if it is what you meant, we should be able to get transports to cloak too.

Somewhere is this forum is a script, which spawns Kluth ships and makes them activate their cloak, just look for it, one of the script someone said it won't run

The hard way:
Get a reference to the ship and find its cloak by iterating over all the gadgets it has. So you now have a reference to it´s cloak and can simply use useGadget2() to activate it.

The simply way:
A one-liner, way too simple and not generic enough.
You learn much more doing it the hard way, if you still want to do it the simple way it´s up to you to find out what that way is
