The Templar Knights shall not engage in any unprovoked offensive actions beyond the Luyten system. We WILL defend the system should it come under attack, and will retaliate, but we shall not fire the first shots.

I personally don't care much about Luyten as a system in general, but my friends over in Agents seem to have some important attachment to it (at least to them), so any action towards it will spark a feirce rebuttal.
Personally I'd rather kill k'luth all day long in BD or Barnards, but thats just me
