Anyone remember that newbie site that used to be around about 4 months ago? Noobspace I think it was? Well, it had a table of values for everything... The points you got for certain things.
I remember it saying (Something similar at least)
Building Pres +1.0
Scrapping Pres -1.0
Which means, you can only get about 32 prestiege per planet, just so long as you build each building individually. I don't know if it still is that way now, but I'm pretty sure it is.

just look at it
scrapping = -1 and bilding = +1
( note that 1 means a full structure this means you have to bild 100 % of it and you cant becos the planet helps you bild it so 3 structures is like 2 points )

Heres my idea on it....have it set so you lose pres for builind anything that is not useful. HAHAHAHA..
Or better yet....black ball any idiot that builds planets poorly.
This is 1 of my biggest complaints.
Seriously, I don't have a salution. I do agree its a problem. Some people are dumb or just don't care. I found Sag in the MV today with 4 defence bases and 8-12 fighter bases. No Sag does not have planetary shields. The configuration was further screwed up but having only 3 barricks. It was almost as if who ever built it WANTED it to be easy to cap. HHUUUMMMMMM.

mm 4 def 8/12 fighter and 3 baracks nice for a medium plant that has no importance but not for sag
if there is somthing i would like to say
if 666 is posable than do it
6 defence basses
6 fighter bases
and 6 baracks
you think 6 baracks is to mutch think again if the enemy drops over 20 l33t inf
i personly would say 6 def bases is good
6 fighter bases can do lots of dammage more than a IT (if not shot down)
