The use of pausing Barracks as it presently is used is killing game play.

I have been iritated by this for soome time and wanted to know for sure if this worked as it seemed. Yesterday I effectivley was able to hold a fleet off from capping for about 2 hrs. untill I logged off.

I dopnt think it is right that a single player can hold a complete fleet (Jump Cruisers, Station and misc other ships) at bay for so long.

I suggest 2 things. Firstly limit the number of barracks. Second remove the on/off option.

This won't be an issue once the patch comes out but perhaps some sort of script to limit Manual Rotation of barracks will be nice.
