hey guys a really simple but what i think could be a really good potential idea, its about the ammo values for different ships,

for instance a scout can hold 60 Ftorps when a dread can hold the same but more offcourse, why not give higher ammo values for bigger ships and lower values for smaller ones.

any feedback would be #1

sounds simple the bigger the ship the more room for ammo.

this way dessie's will only have 20 torps to fire and dreads about 100

You've been playing too much I am a victim of videogame dreams too though.

Only problem I can see with this is there'd be less reason to fly the smaller ships then. There's already no reason to fly frigates, and scout's usefulness is very limited.

How about to add to your idea, a chance to score a hit on a large ship's weapons storage? Not a large chance, but if the armor is damaged (or shields) on a dread or station any 'exploding' ordinance (torps, missiles, mines) may 'explode' some weapons storge which means nothing more than a larger hit.

Not a crippling hit at all, but a nice looking extra explosion at the point of impact that does a little more damage than usual?
