as you all know, some newbies have a hard time gaining prestige becuase of the lack of decent ships at their level. Also as everyone knows, supplying is a good way to gain mad prestige. Thus, i propose that a Support Scout be created for them. It'd have one drive, j drive, one armor slot, one light beam, and drone spot. this way ppl at low ranks could gain some pres b4 they can get to the lite supplies on the other factions

Yes, but the idea is for some nice people to group with the little'ees and help them out; a supply scout just isn't realistic in the world of Darkspace; otherwise logically a supply ship should have; say, 8 reload slots to compensate for such a small ship having a reload...

What The ICC needs on the newbie server is a DEMO ship with Fickkin torp.. Sheesh even the kluth trannys got a torp and a hvy beam weapon. not to Mention that Ez still DESTROY your systems..

@Char Torps on the Newbie Server? I give you a laugh when you shoot single F torps against my scout which is going 25 gu/s

Hmm no.
A Scout is a scout, not a supply ship.
And people shouldnt use the a ship with drones because they want to "Farm Press at high Speed".

Dom, your missing my point.
the Ugto Demo Players have 2 ships on the newbie server cappible of Mounting torp/etc
The kluth Demo ships. only a few cant
ICC Demo ships NONE
This leaves the game Very Unballanced, all im asking is for some kind of Assult scout or something for the PLAYERS Who feel " Stuck " as icc on the server.
Not to mention the Exploits on the newbie server, one is the kluth and there cloakin boat of E'z
