Editor's Note:
In an effort to help make the discussions recorded in the chat logs during the Moderator meeting more useful, I have taken the sorted chat logs and distilled out the salient points in a more organized and expanded format. In the editing and expansion of these points, I have tried hard to convey the intent and meaning of the various participants' dialogue without embellishing them with my own bias.
