This is mostly directed toward Gideon, as he is in charge of background and technology.
The question is this: In the Recap of the K'luth post, it mentions in a few of the documents that K'luth prisoners were questioned for information. Since the K'luth have no spoken language, I was wondering how a non-telepathic species questions a telepathic species that doesn't speak.

The K'Luth have a device (can't remember the name for it, will look it up later) they developed for communication with Humanity (since we are not psionically active like they are). This device translates directed specific thoughts into vocal language.

OK, so the K'luth have the device. Then why would they give it to soldiers to communicate with the enemy if they are captured? Unless the UGTO/ICC have requisitioned a few of these devices...?
