Coupon redeemed, yet has been proven ineffective... |

I understand every acount is getting a free 5-day coupon which gives that acount a full subscription for that period. I used a coupon on my main acount, and it ran out after 5 days, nothing wierd.
Now I used a new acount (this one), which got its own coupon. I have redeemed it, and it said "flags: [RELEASE]". Nothing wierd. Then once I have tryed to connect to the newbie server, it simply disconnected me and would not let me connect back. Now it says I'm in a demo acount.... but it's been only about 45 minutes since I have redeemed the coupon!
What's wrong? Is it because I've used a coupon on my other acount?

You can only use a trial coupon on the account that received it. Read the part where attempts to use one account's coupon on another makes you subject to being banned from the game

Free Trials are for one customer and one account...
You are a single customer, you cannot keep redeeming 5-Day Free Trials... Firstly, because of the exploits that would happen with 1 person with multiple subscribed accounts. Second, because the nature of the 5-Day Free Trial is to give new players an opportunity to try the full game. (Judging by your other profile, you've been playing a long time, you already know what the game is about).
We are not some rich "money out our butt" developer, we're barely making it... keep that in mind too. If you enjoy the game, you should help support the continued development and maintence costs it requires to keep running.

I see... I missed the "one customer" part in the email I received. I thought every acount gets its own free 5 day trial, regardless of how many acounts one person has, since one cannot go very far with only 5 days...
Only question now: is the lock permanent? Or if not, when can I sub again?

I only locked the new account, your old account can still subscribe... which I would think you'd want anyway, since you would have a higher rank and more prestige.
