Just give each human faction a nuclear Anti Ship missle.Combat ships would get them starting at destroyer or cruiser.They can carry only 3 and the missle can be set for proximity detonation or remote detonate.For proximity detonate u set the range in Gu that the missle will automatically detonate.In remote u simply guide the missle urself to the target.

Who knows, maybe they always have used nukes in DS.
Or maybe they use conventional chemical warheads with a lot of whallop. We actually have chemical explosives now that are more powerful for their mass than small nuclear weapons are.

well the MIRVs are nukes if you read the discrption, at least the last time i looked, and the PCM is a missle that uses Proton energy for the explotion

um...next time i see a dreadnought dodge missiles, ill tell you, cuz it's never happened unless the dread was within like 200 GU.
