Would be nice when a map is on halt, no win possible due to bugs or missing fractions, like the map "The ICC Further Their Advance" that just goes to a halt even if you capture all flag planets, map still don’t change.
This in return gets exploited by the more experienced players using this kind of scenarios as a frag fest, killing lesser experienced players that don’t know that no matter what they do map wont change.
This could maybe be done with a Gameadmin/mod command from inside game or from GameCQ chat sending a command to the server to change map.
Selecting which side get the win or just make a random selection.
