‘Sir, Still no contact with the rest of the fleet.’ Reported the Comms Officer Harris.
‘Keep trying Harris, we’re sitting ducks here’ Admiral Koth ordered.

The Viper was the newest cruiser to join the [=MCN=] fleet. Outfitted with Flux waves and CL 550’s she was designed to be a destroyer killer. ICC Destroyers had been attacking Transports and Supply vessels from Van Maan to Lalande and the Fleet had had enough.
The Viper was sent into Luyten to attack a known staging point for these ICC raids. The Viper’s presence caused an ICC scouting party to attack the ship. Admiral Koth ordered the new, yet un-tested in battle, Flux waves to be fired, this proved to be a fatal mistake. The Flux waves malfunctioned sending Electromagnetic pulses throughout the ship and taking the drives offline, the Anti-matter jump drive sustained damage, but it was thought to be minimal.
Admiral Koth ordered a jump back to friendly space in Lalande. During the jump the AME jump drive crashed causing the Viper to break out of hyperspace. The ship was now dead in the water.

Somewhere between Luyten and Lalande
‘Weapons, what went wrong?’ Demanded the Admiral,
‘Power overload Sir, The waves charged for too long and the blast came back into the ship.’ Came the reply.
‘Is it fixed?’
‘Negative Sir, I’ve taken them offline to prevent any further accidents’
Admiral Koth slumped back into his command chair, fingers creating a tent in front of his face, contemplating his next move. A shrill whistle emitted from his com-link.
‘Yes’ He asked
‘Sir it’s Wilke, I’ve got engines back online for you, but we can only manage 8gu/S’
‘Can we jump?’ Admiral Koth demanded,
‘Sorry Sir, the AME jump drives gone, we’re gonna need a new one.’ Was the reply.
Admiral Koth swivelled in his chair to look out the main viewing window, a million options can screaming through his head.
‘Weapons, Can we still launch fighters?’ He asked
‘Yes Sir we can.’
‘Good launch Alpha and Charlie, standard patrol around us, Launch Echo, tell him to go to the edge of our sensor range and send a distress signal.’ He ordered
‘Yes Sir, fighters away’ There was a moments silence ‘Echo reports distress sent’
Good, thought Admiral Koth, help should be here soon.
‘Weapons, charge the lasers and load the cannons, we know the ICC can decode our distress signals, I don’t want ANY surprises’ He ordered.
The Viper reverberated with the sound of lasers charging and cannons been loaded.

‘Captain, intercepted a distress signal, it looks like the cruiser the Scouts attacked earlier’
‘Can we get to it before help arrives’ Captain Harrison demanded,
‘Yes Sir but it will be close’ Was the reply.
'Ok, Battle stations, weapons arm the torpedos and lasers, Navigation plot a course to the UGTO cruiser, Sensors make us look like a UGTO supply ship.’ Ordered the Captain.
‘Course plotted Sir’
‘All hands report ready’ Said his First Officer.
‘Engage the jump drive’
‘Yes Sir’

‘Sir supply jumping in now, it looks like the Endeavour.’ Sensors reported.
Admiral Koth looked out the main view window to see a compressed dust ring form and…an ICC ASSULT CRUISER JUMP IN!

‘Weapons, Fire!’ Ordered Captain Harrison.
The ship was rocked as the torpedos and cannons fired upon the UGTO cruiser.
The torpedos hit the Viper at the same time, creating gaping holes in her side.
‘Sir, Cruise missile ready’ Reported Weapons.
‘Fire’

‘What the hell!?’ Screamed Admiral Koth
‘Hard aport’
‘Hard port, aye-aye Sir’
The torpedos from the ICC cruiser impacted along the starboard side of the Viper.
‘Damage’ He demanded.
‘We are dead in the water Sir, All systems offline’ Shouted Engineering
‘Sir She’s firing again!’
Admiral Koth looked at his tactical display to see a lone missile come streaking towards the Viper. The Display had it marked as a Proton Cruise Missile.
‘You son-of-a…

The Missile impacted the Viper in the starboard side of the bridge, Where it exploded, instantly turning the Viper into thousands of pieces of debris.
The ICC Assault Cruiser turned it’s back on the pile of debris and engaged it’s jump drive, returning to Luyten.
The wreckage of the Viper was discovered by the Elite Assault Dread ‘Star Hunter’ under the command of Admiral Virus while on routine patrol.
All souls reported lost.

i will be working on a story of the life os Lenna yamazaka. and the ship ICC Sobek. it will be up as soon as i cat it done. i do have a good story about how Lenna Yamazaka some how made it from her time to this time.. it will be up soon
