Thanks, F.
But if you could keep those "big buttons" for orbit, load, etc. it would be wonderful.

I kinda like it actually after getting it was T instead of shift
just had a few more things
1. make it so you can set a default comand...most of the time your not
trying to follow objects in space but pick them up (dont think ive ever
followed a tach drive floating in space) so even if its out of range it
reads load just darkened out foor example
2. you cant SD?
3. thankyou for fixing it so you can fire on ctrl targeted points in space
4. stations only hold 12 inf? and planets went up to 32 harsh
5. the limit on bombs is to low the amount you can have in space at one
time wont even take down a shield at 100%
6. wormholes apear 1k gu from an enemy planet (about) why are you
always facing away made sence with how close they were forming
before but its not needed now
7. thankyou for fixing jump in nav and the arrow keys
8. you cant camera neutral or enemy targets... which is fine exept if
your lagged and need to target something far away but still want it
to be insystem (like a jumpgate)

How about a bit of a compromise? The old system could be considered for the "Advanced Player", with all its hotkeys and such, while a system like the new one (After being tested out and tweeked. and ect.) could be called the "New player Setup". Or you could go to "Default Control Setups 1 & 2"

Was about to suggest what Baikon did. Options= win. But we might wanna delay it, as that would mean 2x the interface to debug.

The color you select for your Hud Should [b]NOT[b] affect the colors in your nav screen.
All the planet buttons are the same color, you cant see anything.
Old screen:
New Screen:
This sucks, please return it to the old system.

Oof that's just painful to look at Barth!
And I third Baikon's idea. Would be nice for new players to have the option of that new interface with the big buttons and the easy old interface we're all used to.

~default weapon groupings, jury's still out on this one, something seems a bit off tho.. its it grouped by class or what?
~spacebar to load things, ARRG!
~spacebar doesnt center on target on nav map, ARRG. too easy to find yourself jumping to some planet halfway accross the mv that you didnt want to go to in the first place
~spacebar to follow or shadow, nothing wrong with it on F and G
~SERVER: Confirm Ship Change...Control-U except its not ctrl+u anymore
~pressing ctrl+y (or just Y) doesnt select nearest SY, must press T then Y, same deal for everythign else in the target menu
~ship commands menu, doesnt respond if you press the keys too fast, could be bad for sending distress msgs, have to press C, wait a sec, then H
~F4 and F5, chat window just takes up too much room now, still doesnt remember resizings, profile window's size is fine, tho i like mine smaller, also doesnt hold resizes

Why are we still talking about the new interface when Faustus has already said he's switching it back?
