okay, you could keep it port -> port, considering you have wormholes now, which means that someone made some form of smaller wormhole for materials transport only to transfer items from planet to planet.

I mean, transport ships are so 2000.

You know what we need? Ice cream trucks! They come everywhere, sell stuff, yet never run out! Have those go from planet to planet, one per system, and you wont even need mines anymore!

I don't think the idea of ice cream trucks is so hot. I mean, what happens when we run out of ammo? I don't think you could hurt anything with a fudge bar or sundae, although popsicles could get a good amount of penatration...
