ok, so its a neat feature, but as it stands, it seems that a single person in any combat ship (scout) can jump into a system, and blockade planets, regardless of the number of friendly ships etc. (as far as i can tell)

perhaps blockade status should be determined by the relative # of ships in system? friendly vs enemy etc. just wondering.
