ECM extractors were outlawed months ago? EDIT: nothing in the RoC about it that I can find.

therefore no 'free' hydrogen particles floatin around up there
how bout a hybrid ship, you know rocket fuel and solar power (i'm just kiddin) but the fuel should regenerate....
