Clearly, yet another indication of how we have failed our youth.
Literacy not Torpedoes is really what is at stake here. That and the ability of one of ours youths, crippled by too much Television, McDonalds and the low self-esteem that both bring, to maintain an attention span of more than 7 minutes and to read the fine print with any semblance of understanding.
Literacy is what keeps me from writing like this:

have to agree with juxta, and btw, I never liked that all torps track
P torps lost their advantage without any left
