timestamps

right now its about 7:10 am, lobby timestamps on messages are just after 3pm (15:00). im not sure what timezone that is, nor do i particularly care.

kinda like to have a option to set it to my own timezone (gmt -8:00) or to be able to turn it off. a clock that says 3 pm when its 7 am isnt of any use to me
