well if no one likes enemy detected distress planets give put a timer on em right?


sure why not.


but then instant chat right? well lets put a lag time on that too. wait that would be too confusing.

well we should chance "Faction" comms to system wide not faction wide.... and "Broadcast" would be to all faction. and since it would be such a large transmission it would take a minute or two to reach everyone right??
