There has to be a way for fleets under certain factions to be able to commicate with each other.

To discuss plans of attack or what is needed.

Maybe even a forum for all members of a fleet that are under a faction.
would even be better. Since most fleetless people are usually spies. And just come to get the tip on where and when.(Then you find them shooting you 4 mins later) since your going to be adding the faction hopping code in soonish..

Just another random idea.

Peace

you can send messages to any fleet(regardless of faction). as for the faction fora, i think that would be a good thing to coördinate an invasion.

...

What? Why are most fleet people spies? Eh? Wouldn't it be more like the NON-fleet people who can switch factions are the spies?

Get your logic straight sir.
Oh, and 8 days into the game and a Vice Admiral... Omg, do you do anything else?

I have an idea that sorta fits into this i think. It has occurred several times recently that the Kluth has actually had a good number of people on (I know, I know, pick your jaw up off the floor). Well, we decided to divide up, to maxamize a certain few tactics. But the coordination became impossible to pull off. Everyone was getting confused as to who was "ordering" who to do what. And i was thinking; is there a way to add "channels" to the comm sys? In other words, in addition to the Fleet/Faction/Yell/Target settings in comm, there could be a channel 1 and channel 2, or A & B. Then whenever you are tuned to those channels, you would only pick up the chat from your channel, in addition to the normal messages you would. But seperating it out by color or whatever would allow for more coordination between faction players of different fleets. Just an idea.

Additional ingame chat channels would be useful. Same for GCQL becomeing mulitichannel as well with the tabbed chat windows for you to flip between.
Both would be cool.
