When i connect to a server my Pc crashes after being ingame for some minutes. this does not happen when i'm in the lobby.
this also occurs when i'm on the internet or downloading large amounts of data (for work)

any ideas?

do i need a new fan for my processor?

is there a program that i can download wich can tell if some off the processes runing are obsolete?

thx for the suggestions / help

Thiresas

Maybe
a) Buggy network card/driver.
b) RAM errors.

Your CPU usually won't get that hot while downloading a file, so it shouldn't be a problem in this case.

You can check your ram using this: http://www.memtest86.com/
You can check your cpu temperature / fan speeds and other things using motherboard monitor http://mbm.livewiredev.com/
