Had infantry built (queue at 0:00), but wouldn't exit barracks until enemy troops were landed, then all the infantry appeared. They were in different barracks and all the counters reset to 4:00 when they appeared (instead of staggered as I built them.)
When I captured another ship, it forced me to the ship selector screen, but didn't show any avail ships, wouldn't let me spawn any other ships. Had to exit and rejoin, and then in popped me back into original ship (followed by several disconnections).
Otherwise standard initial lag issues.

"Extreme lag when initially taking a ship. (Comp locked up for 30 seconds." but, that's the only problem I've had... I actually find the lag to be a lot less than in the current version of DS. Guess I'm just lucky or it could be that I only played for 2 hours or so in Beta. Also, Hammer had Drafell's same issue with the can only be run with Windows NT error.

The "sig bug" is intentional, at least at the moment. Its a side effect of a change I made that is not yet completed. Once I finish that code, sigs will work again.

Okay...
Scenario oredering is STILL majorly broke. Beta is currently not working.

or..you'll have to rebuild the starport and factory

taking way too long to join game,
pressing play
gcql window disappears
-long pause-
auto update runs, says client.exe is using a file that needs to be updated and asks if i want to stop the process [yes]

connect to server and load game

Tried the new UDP socket that came out today.
-for me continous disconnects....
-text in most boxes missing (the reconnect and cancel text from the screen after you get disconnected,play observe and logoff text, faction selection text and ship description text: primary systems, weapons fore- full etc.)
-finally got a ship to spawn, went right away to nav it said i was alone then game froze completely, the harddrive was in use so i assumed it was a disconnect but when i checked it wasnt.A check of the task manager said "version 1481 darkspace...not responding" cpu usage was 100 percent and page file usage was 711 mb.A recheck of the task manager stated darkspace was running , reopened darkspace and tried again and was discoed imediately.
system stats:
celeron 2.6ghz
512mb ram
32mb nvidia tnt2
windows home (sp1)
internet: 56k di..al u...p........
tried again after minor update, length between disconnects increased to about 2 minutes on final disconnect DS froze, task manager said not responding,

Firemoth, that is not a bug and is in the current version and has been in the game for some time. It is simply something not important enough to fix. Stick to the real bugs.
