Unicode has been removed from the Lobby and other areas that required the NT unicode libraries to run. This was a completely unexpected side-effect, and I wish I'd had known about the incompatiblity issues before I started the unicode conversion. We are still fully unicode in-game, but we have no dependencies on the NT libraries for that to run.

Beta should be updated at the latest on monday, I want to perform the following other fixes..

- Send planet ('enemy detected') messages to only their faction, not to all ships in the area.
- Fix the NULL map problem once and for all time

- Misc bug fixes related to the in-game localization (i.e. missing text, etc)
