Fleets and factions I can understand, but individual ships? If you want to play with a faction/fleet, then why not just spawn on thier side? Plus, in the real world we call that kind of thing treason, and we should be able to destroy you if you ally with the enemy

well. the thing is, 10% or less increase in anything is not really noticable....
hmm..I'll refine these, add some more ideas, and bump....at a later date.

ICC should definately be allowed to ally with the Kluth since they're trading partners - and the Uggies should be able to have some rebel conspirers amongst their ranks - as well as certain elements that would do anything for some Kluth tech.
This way fleets can align themselves & still stay in the story arc
