Today in College I completed all my VB tasks (Visual Basic to all who dont know). So I had an hour to burn, so I pulled out my trusty IE and came to darkspace.net.

I got bored, and started thinking about about something I could do in VB that was DS related, so I started coding a Prestige Calculator.

You can download the Calculator Here.

Its just a simple program that allows people to see whats what. I didnt make it to be something amazing. This is only Beta 1.0, and I will probably add little bits to it later on.

I would appretiate any feedback as this IS my first self coded program, that I decided to make myself.

Anyway...Enjoy.

As a side note, the program doesnt accept decimals, only as the Total Prestige, sorry about that, I will chang the Integers to Single's to fix it ^^.

dont have the source, its in college. I cant find VB6 anywhere to um....buy

I hated using the IF statement in the source, so I buckled down to using

Select Case txtSDa
Case Is > 49
txtCB = "Bronze"

I like using that a lot more, but I dont know which one is better..

/me is just going on about coding now so /me will shhhh

Come over to .Net m8, and learn the wonders of oop, or at least Microsofts semi-descent attempt at it!

Other than that, a SELECT statement is slightly more expensive in code to use than an IF statement, but meh, it looks pretty!

WOOT SOMEONE USED MY SOFTWARE

That'l be $10 please

How is it so far? It doesnt work exactly right yet because of the decimals...but it roughly estimates Prestige shall we say ^^.

I will add it so it displays what ships u can fly, and stuff...

Hope u all enjoy it ^^

Very nice BackSlash. You've inspired me to start my own prestige calculator.
