everyone, really try to get this into your head that everything will be different in 1.483, you need to think of the BIG PICTURE, not just the edge jigsaw piece.
yes can every one please calm down
Could a Dev/Admin possibly make a list of changes in 1.483 (engines etc) in this section and sticky it at the top so that its fresh for everyone to see
sounds like a good idea to me

right i would actuly like to see all the changes before continue futher down this road.

my fear is after the first try out is based on my exprience as kluth and what they can do so ...

one thing yes kluth "should not be able to duck it out " well they have to becaus if you move your ship and fire your weapons no power to run cloake or recharge the jd after that , dont even need a time to make this happen

and since kluth scouts and small ships frigate class are going to be rendered useless they dont have engines to run cloake or fire weapons / beacons, move at all and still have power to cloake after.

delete them

or give the scouts an cloake field emitter than can create an cloake field that cloake all kluth vessels in the range of 500 from them

Haven't played with cloak yet. I'll give it a whirl today.

I played Kluth in MV since 1.481/1.482 Ragg, I know what its like, and it takes nowhere near the same skill level it took in their first full release to play as them.

A Kluth dread can jump into a fight, and sit their blasting away as long as a human counterpart, Shouldnt be the case.

You've been here longer than I have, but as it stands Ive got the more experience fighting AS and AGAINST Kluth.

And IMHO, they have greatly moved away from what we as a whole were led to believe to be their purpose.

So Kluth energy may suck, thats the idea. High Damage weapons, low usage (Balance anyone?) Simple really. Kluth can act as human ships, and you all fight as though they are.

I really think Kluth players will be hit hardest by the new patch, as if it goes the way it should, Kluth will be making a massive change back towards the original design intention.

If you want to waste both our time arguing, by all means go ahead, it will just be all the more enjoyable to cram that wasted time down your throat when the patch hits.

And Backslash... noob JUST ASK HER ALREADY!

Eh?
*edit*Nvm I figured it out, Nah im too shy!

I really do think that perhaps if an admin/dev has the time. They should list what the hull values will be so that we can get a bigger picture and sort of test it to see if it would if it would fit in around that style.

Example. A car tester is given a engine to test out in a workshop, and is asked to say whether he thinks it would work well in their new project. He doesnt know what type of vehicle it has to fit in and so doesnt know how the power will affect the vehicle, what sort of performance it will give etc.

Its hard to imagine a jigsaw without a preview first .
