hey I was here about 2002. And since that time I would have on and off subscription when I know I would have a dedicated month to play. so much so that in 2 + years I had only made vice admiral, 12k exp or so.... whenever I was not subbed, I always made sure I logged in at least once monthly as required, to keep my stats even though I was not subbed.
About a month ago per se, or two, can check my sub history if your an Admin I subbed only to find my account had been wiped... here I was ready to enjoy another full month of play, but my account stats had been wiped....and I faithfully logged in more than once each month, so as not to get deleted...I didn't even have to re-create my name, so if my account had been deleted my name would be gone, but only my stats were gone...
could someone please say why? and if there is some last save of them somewhere which they can be restored to there last known best position?
is it an error that has/ or happened to anyone else before?

as far as i can see in your profile your stats are all there. the reason you dont have a rank and no prestige is to the fact that you are either demo or didnt log into a server yet to update your account.

You have to be subscribed and have entered the MV for your stats to be recalculated.

yeah, no need for sarcasm, expressed or implied. I did log in that time and I did go to MV and they were at 0... so I was not wrong in what I saw at the time.
I never played that month because of it and let the subscription run out. Too bad I forgot I had subbed too and it charged twice... heh heh oh well. never cared much about money even though I don't have alot.

You have been unsubbed as of 9/30 - so that is the reason. Resub and the Pres comes back.
