Bounus prestige irritates me! |

It really gets on my nerves when looking through a profile and someone has 10,000 bounus prestige..... and they have like played 30 games and like no other points...... for anything. For me it was two weeks before i even had became a commander. Please post your opinions and thoughts about this.....Ohh yeah if i got alot of people to sign up to Dark Space can i get some bounus prestige??????????

Bonus prestige isnt given out anymore, back in 1.480 bonus prestige was given out for missions, which where easy to get.
Oh and no one gets given ANY kind of prestige anymore, and asking for it usualy gets your account.....well....it has a negative stat at the end of it all.
Bonus prestige, although, maybe it isnt fair. But those people hwo have 10k bonus presige would of worked A LOT harder than you have (no offence).
I hardly have any bonus prestige...I dont care. At the end of it all, all people want is a quick way to rank up. It isnt going to happen, and if anything, it will get harder than easier. If I saw a person as new as you to darkspace flying a TC or AC I would kill myself. The fact is, your meant to take your time, learn the ships and the tactics, so you dont die when you get a bigger ship. Bigger ships may have more fire power, but they take longer to turn, and are slower.
Oh and it isnt games played, but time played. Take a look at that stat instead.
On the other hand on regards to your bonus prestige for free question. Instead of bonus prestige, you get 7 days free play time for making someone sign up (theres a referal box when you subscribe). So you get 7 days instead.

._. hmm.. 10,000 bonus prestige is VIRTUALLY impossible for 30 games. a person with 50+ games can only reach a maximum of about 1k+. as the above players have mentioned. maybe it's a trial account reset by the admins?
anyway.. if you took 2 weeks to become a commander. i think your either new or you don't play much. i took one day to become a 2nd rear in the beta server. =/

This topic should have ended with Backslashs post. That account was modified by an admin so they could use it as a tester, presumably for new coding or something like that.
Regarding the banishment of BP, no. I worked too damn hard for mine, and if i lose it i think i get demoted.
