Actually you should, those images were pieced together from real Satelite pics of Earth. the back side of the world is not pitch black, there is some light still reaching it...

Whilst the beta planet is 100x better, I still think it needs something more. Is there no way to make the planet edges smoother, or increase the image quality?

If you ever do the same for the K'luth planets..make the light red, instead of yellow/white like Earth's.

Tael - you said you pieced it all together from actual Earth satallite photos? Hmm...

I know the devs don't usually let players do stuff for the MV, but is there some tool or something that you could release to the leet modelers of the community so that they could use the satallite photos to redo Exathra & Sag Hotha like that?

Already working on them, will be harder since they are alien worlds but using maps and texturing to design them...

I prefer the lower texture resolution, tacky sensor rings and general lack of detail.
