Someone IM'd me about this topic, and i would like to say that he was a great guy, made lots of people laugh, talked a lot about his favorite Car - the Skyline R33 and about his huge gaged ears. i have a screen shot of him when we were in SOL with Dem leading our fleet making fun of tbone, he always called TBone, 'Tboner' and in this screen shot it has him saying something to Tbone and calling him tboner, it really shows his personality. Unfortunately this screen shot isn't on this comp its on the other one.
RIP bro.

Well said Ken, Well said.
Those who know me know what I have to say on this topic...
Never did one man mean so much to so many.
I went to Pauls funeral, and have visited his grave on each anniversary and will continue to do so.
Rest In Peace Brother, Nobody deserves to more..

Sadly i never had the chance has some has to play Dark space with him....
I have read his story and what happend, its a sad way to die... But he was
couragious, he keep strong to the end...
Some have told me he could beat anything, but sadly not this one. A good
way to remember him was to tell his story and this would be a way to
know him. Not by meeting him but by knowing who he was. Since the very
first day i played Ds i heard of him and of his rememberance system.
I wish to his family the best of my feelings and i salute him.
.:: Cya R33 ::.
For ever we will remember you...

I don't think I ever knew him, but I will be there for the memorial. I just need to know the time and place. I would like to pay my respects to him not just because he was part of GTN as was I but just because its an honorable thing to do.

I never knew R33, I was kinda new when he passed. But I do very well remember being very touched by the outpouring of emotion on the part of the community. One of the reasons I keep playing this game is the tight group of people we have here. I said it then and I will say it again, posts such as this speak mega-volumes about the quality of the DS community.

I see on the Events list the R33 memorial is to start on the 13th at 10 am. Is that 10am EST, GMT, or CST? I hope it's not 10am EST because I won't be able to make it until 11am.
