"I actully wanted to make 'real' cards. Like these would be. I only made three... But it would be neat to have a full set of 'real' DS cards.. and also things like "MIRV BOMB FOREST/Instant" etc for example (Someone said that one.. But anyways.. I'll probably make a whole set, problem is.. I'm not 'great' at playing magic anymore, nor do I fully remember.. Any help or anyone who would like to make these cards is appricated.. And yes, I know It's 'overboard' but its fun.. Time to waist... The suns to bright

First you will need to rescale the attack/damage values to take into account fighters. These would be the weakest cards with the 1/1 values. Most of these would possibly have a flying or banding attribute, although that is usually reserved for the 1 gen 1 coloued cost cards.
Scouts would generall be 1/2 or 2/1 depending on their actual roles.
Frigates would be 2/2, possibly 1/3 or 3/1 (3/1 would be more of a Kluth frigate)
Destroyers would be the 3/2, 2/3 - 3/3 values. Again with some variation.
Cruisers should balance in the 4/4, possible 5/4, 4/5 strength values, again dependent on other abilities.

Dreads would be the 7/6 - 6/7 beasts.

Stations would be the rare 6/8, 7/8 power cards.

Heavy Fighters would be the 1 coloured costs banding cards.
Elite fighters would be the flying 1 gen/ 1 coloured 1/1 cards.
As for costs...

Fighters = 1 coloured
Scouts = 1 generic one coloured
Frigates = 2 generic 1 coloured
Destroyers = 2 generic 2 coloured or 3 generic 1 coloured dependent on abilities.
Cruisers = 3/4 gen 2/1 coloured
Dreads = 5 gen, 2 coloured
Stations = 7 gen, 2 coloured

The Enchant Creatures would have various efects. The most common being the +1/+0 or +0/+1 enchantments to damage/defense.
Basic Weapon Upgrade = +1/+0
Basic Shield/Armor Upgrade = +0/+1


For ICC you would get the Pulse Laser Enchantment which gives the ship the ability to block creatures with flying (ie fighters). Or the Pulse Wave which would still be a Creature enchanment but have an activation cost and deal one damage to each attacking creature with flying.

As for faction specifics...

K'luth would be the Red Offensive set. Most off its creatures would be higher offense lower defense. ie 2/1, 3/1, 3/2 etc.. possibly more K'luth ships would have the First Strike attribute (cloaking).
ICC would be the defensive (blue?) set. Most ships would be lower offense, higher defense 1/2, 1/2, 2/3 1/3. (shield rotation and p/d)
UGTO would be the green 2/2, 3/3 cards again with some minor variations.

Well you'd need some variety too. There would be your general cards such as, UGTO Scout, Kluth Cruiser, ICC Station, etc. etc.

But besides that, you'd need some specifc ones, such as, Kluth Drainer, or ICC Interdictor. You get the idea?

These specific ships would differ from those of the general cards, hence why they would be special.

This is funny, I really hated that "argument-waiting-to-happen" the few times I played it. I did like the artwork on a lot of the cards so I did buy them from time to time. I do rember there being rare's and higher card's , perhapse you can make fleet's and player those type's.

I stopped playing that when the cards started to get crappy (aka, when any decks you made couldn't survive without using cards from the newer versions). That was so long ago... I think it was around Mercadian Masks or sommat. I sold all my cards to my friend but kept my favorite black & white deck and a lot of rares. I wonder if they're worth anything by now.

Yeah, general class cards are good.. but maybe even make some modded variants of popular ships.

Or things like the 'mousey MD' card, or 'kluth elf boat.' Something to spice it up.
And, of course, the Griller_GT 'Planet Smasher' card. Or even a planetary 'Fatal Attraction' card that creates enough lag to suck in and destroy any card. Bwa haha!

Funny stuff though.

There will be a varity of ships. Eventually every other ship. YEs I have done the interdictor ship for UGTO etc all the kinky ships like supply are being put into place.

All ships will try to be in.. for now 2 to 3 of each class (DREAD, CRUISER, etc). for example Long Range Scout, Assault Scout, and Bomber Scout for UGTO.

What I need is someone to help me get three shots of each ship. (Minus all the little guys like extractor, only need one shot of them.) These would have to be in beta. I'll start doing them when all the cards are done but if someone would go nuts do it. Reason why I want the BETA ships is because they seem to be more detailed..
