Demorian worked VERY hard on this document with a lot of help from Gideon... So NO FLAMING... Anyone flaming will have their beta stats zeroed for the whole stress test...

Keep an open mind, look through and give this revised system serious consideration.

This would spread the load out of the ships more evenly over the ranks, as it is now there are some ranks where you get nothing for attaining them.

All replys should be simple: Yes or NO (Yes i like this concept or No I dont like it)

You may then write a brief note as to any thoughts about this system. No flaming... No comments about other peoples posts or notes. Keep it civil.

This is a 24 hour discussion, I will need to make the changes bt 4pm Pacific Time if they are to be in for the stress test...

Without further adu, Demorians hard work:

Already read before...had several months to think over a few of em, and I spoke to Demorian before about a few, and I didnt agree with some of them at first, but...I do agree now.

Do it.

One thing I did bring up with Demorian, was the possibility to drop the lower-req supply ship down a few ranks, to midshipman or ensign, it would give the lower rankers something to do that is easy and allows them to learn more. But the convo was a long time ago and I cant remember how it ended. (sorry Dem)

Yes, though I dont think the dreads should req a Fleet Admiral. I guess it's your call. Guess people will work harder:)

And you have to put into play the new stations right? GA for stations? *Shivers*

Some people will be annoyed at the changes and losing 'access' to some ships, but to be honest it looks pretty goo and a lot more evenly distributed.
Where does the new Agincourt and the old UGTO Carrier fit into this? Also can we have the lists updated with the new Stations as well, although I believe the stations are all GA class ships anyway.

It has my vote.

Yes I like it, minus the stronger dreads requiring Fleet Admiral.

Forgot the fact now that there is newer stations as well.

I would agree with everything there except the requirements for the EAD/AD. While it makes a great deal of sense to do so, I still feel it should remain Admiral, since their not really worth that amount of effort to use.

Bump it down to AD, and perhaps make Req. Something nasty like Gold Star.

True Wee..

I say put one Frigate per faction.. Just so they can feel the slight bit of power.. If you limit everything to Scouts and say "TRY IT OUT!" No ones going to bother.

Also about engineers. How will any of the little ones learn to build? (Specially on the newb server wheere people test the game out..) Keep the midship..
