Eagle best thing to do is try flying with those in ICC and those that you seem to get along with and or have fun with consider their fleet.
Each of those 3 mentioned fleets that you brought up have pluses and negatives to them. I'd comment on them but that would just get me in trouble .
Generally they are all good fleets.
Hey you work for DHS?

Fleet or no Fleet.. that is the question....
In my honest opinion the best way to find a fleet is to remain fleetless and try all the factions... one you find a faction you like then play with people of as many different fleets as possible...
One thing to remeber is you may get along great with people of a particular fleet but what is the reputation of that fleet with other people or fleets of they same faction...
Basically you may play well with a certain fleet but does that fleet play well with others... this little tidbit of info can really help you gaming experiance as a whole....
And if you need any building tips I am rather well versed in planet building and would be happy to share my knowledge.
Love, Peace and Chicken Grease....
Rocko

This has become less so over the last few months, since people are "hopping" to help balance out faction numbers. I don't think there's as much of a negative connotation to changing factions/fleets as there used to be. Some people still are considered "hoppers" in a bad way, but its come to be accepted and occaisionally applauded when players help disadvantaged factions by jumping around.
Just my observation.

I don't think of that as fleet hopping, hopping is more like when you join the faction that is winning in the MV, things like that

I think Eagleranger made it clear that he wants to play ICC, so Faction Hopping is not even an option.
I think the best option atm is to remain unfleeted.

good call shig. i should have clarified.
hopping faction to help the faction that is outnumbered is good.
hopping fleets because recruiters woo you away, bad.
hopping factions to the winning side, very bad.
