Its the nature of the ICC. The faction was created as a group of pilots who broke off from the UGTO. They're very independent.
And yes, as you said, it isn't the UGTO's fault; the UGTO organize in mass numbers, and although at times the ICC overwhelm the UGTO because they do organize, it usually doesn't happen.
If I could afford it I would subscribe one of the clone accounts I have and help out the ICC, but I can't.

No, you should have your rank over here. Go post to get your prestige transfered, if you get negative prestige, post in the other topic afterwards.

Yes... I have my rank there. I mean with the new ship requirements, I can no longer pilot a battle cruiser. So.. before the changes go live, I want to hit 1stRA, which is the new requirement for them. At my current rank and the new requirements, I can pilot dessies... or a dictor. And I know you don't want me piloting dictors...

i didnt mean for this to become a argurement .
i was in beta then went to mv . 
i was just pointing out that with the great pilots icc has if we would work together and plan and strategize we would be more effective. the other observation was the teamwork by the ugto and how well they work together i didnt want players to disrespect each other
