A modification on the command carrier...
Black Ops Command carrier.
Basically an ICC command carrier of the current edition, except with it's 3 bomb bays swapped out for 3 PCM racks. As well, it would swap out it's pulse shield... for,
An experimental reverse engineered cloaking device. That cloaks everything friendly within a 350 gu radius.

The Andromida Class Assault Carrier Dreadnought is the product of the ICC's desire to destroy the K'Luth and UGTO. To push them out of the ICC space, with the idea of reuniting the entire Human race under a United Earth Alliance. This ship would be a Fleet Command Asset, a design based heavily on fighters and long-range missile weaponry. The ship is longer than ICC Dreadnoughts. It is slow but is capable of defending itself long enough to spin up its FTL drive if it is pressed by enemy combat ships or to hold fast awaiting friendly reinforcements. Its most lethal attack is its fighter squadrons. The ship was designed to allow massive amounts fighters to be launched quickly and faster than standard fighter bays on other ICC ships. The ship would, in a normal tactical situation, launch all its fighters at range, following up with PCM missiles at long range, timing the missiles to arrive as the fighters break off target for refuel and rearm. If the enemy closes the gap while the ship is recovering fighters it has a full complement of medium-ranged IT missiles, Heavy Chemical Lasers and Standard Lasers for Anti-Ship Combat to allow either a tactical retreat or a holding action. The ship is not without Anti-Missile or Anti-Fighter Defense, mounting a staggering amount of pulse beams along its hull.
The one special design concept in this ship is its hull structure. The Andromida Class Carrier Dreadnaught has special, purpose built, bulkheads designed to contain any internal damage to the specific area breached. These internal "armored" bulkheads are not add-on's bur integral to the structure of the ship. Installed while the keel is being laid they become structural members of the ship. For example any damage done to the port side of the ship is contained to the port side of the ship and so forth around the ship. This contains "splash" damage that haunts current ICC ships. This idea was deemed the best way to enhance the survivability of ICC ships.
As such the Andromida Class ships cost tremendously in raw resources and money. Normally only 1 or 2 of the class would be seen in any given Star Sector or as the Command Ship of a large invasion fleet. Only one of its type is currently being built as a response to the increase of weapons systems currently in use by the UGTO and K'Luth. It is hoped this will be the hallmark ship that leads the ICC into the next generation.
We can only hope, and pray, it will be released in time to turn the tide in the New Galactic War currently ravaging ICC space.

I wouldnt mind having an auxilary carrier class, a small fast carrier that relies on stealth to deploy its fighters and get around the battle field, probably would be a destroyer class.

This ship is the sister too the Combat destroyer, basically Replacing the IT missles in place of Torpedos. This is something i wish to have in the coming patches maybe i'll ask Veron if he can design something like this
