I joined with the 14 day free trial, but the tutorials don't seem to be working. (Pale+Star screen comes up, but no status bar, nothing. XP SP2)

I can't get to the online manuals either (404 - Not Found)

I tried a newbie universe, but had NO clue what to do.

When will tutorials be back up?

Will you give credit for this time that I can't even learn how to play?
